This year we are excited to bring back the Garden/Art Tour featuring local gardens specifically selected for their unique and creative displays along with area plein-air artists showcasing their talents at each garden location.

The event will include the Mad Hatter’s Tea from 11:00am – 2:00pm which is “First Come-First Served” seating; and the Garden/Art Tour from 10:00am – 4:00pm.

Maps for the Garden/Art tour will be available for pick up on the day of the Tour at the museum.

We invite you to enjoy our “afternoon” High Tea where a mystical theme is sure to delight  - you may even encounter the White Rabbit or Mad Hatter himself. Stroll through the inspiring gardens of local homeowners, enjoy the art and perhaps find a touch of wonderland to take home. The vintage car show features classic cars owned by local car aficionados who are always ready to talk about their treasures. Locally grown plants will be available for purchase with expert advice on how and where to plant and care for them for maximum success. There will also be a select few talented artists showcasing their art crafts for purchase.

Come, enjoy and explore!

Ticket purchases can also be made in person at three downtown businesses. Please visit The Cotton Company or Southern Suds on South White Street or Page 158 Books in the Renaissance shopping center for in-person ticket purchases. On the day of the event, Garden/Art Tour tickets for $15.00 will be available at the Wake Forest Garden Club tent on the museum grounds, and a limited number of tea tickets will be available for purchase for $25.00.
