The Wake Forest Garden Club is our town’s longest-continuing community service organization
Founded in 1924, the Wake Forest Garden Club is dedicated to fostering a love of gardening through special local projects and educating members of the community about the importance of native plants. Membership is open to anyone who is interested in working toward the stated goals regardless of age, race, or gender. Anyone with an interest in flowers and gardening, regardless of skill level, is welcome.
The Wake Forest Garden Club meets at 9:30 am on the second Tuesday of the month, from September through May, at the Wake Forest Historical Museum at 414 N Main St., Wake Forest, NC 27587.
Our meetings begin with refreshments. A gardening-related program begins at 10:00 am, followed by our business meeting. Guests are always welcome to attend a meeting to learn about the club. We may occasionally change our meeting location, so please check our Calendar for current information.
