14 Plants NOT to Grow in Your Garden from Gingham Gardens

The Wake Forest Garden Club is our town’s longest-continuing community service organization

Founded in 1924, the Wake Forest Garden Club is dedicated to fostering a love of gardening through special local projects and educating members of the community about the importance of native plants.  Membership is open to anyone who is interested in working toward the stated goals regardless of age, race, or gender.  Anyone with an interest in flowers and gardening, regardless of skill level, is welcome.

The Wake Forest Garden Club meets at 9:30 am
on the second Tuesday of the month,
from September through May.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we will meet outdoors on the grounds of
the Wake Forest Historical Museum at 414 N Main Street
on the northside of the Birthplace House under th oakds near the "Old Well."
Bring your chair and refreshment.
A gardening-related program is offered at each meeting,
following our business meeting. We're normally finished by 11 am.
Guests are always welcome to our meetings to learn about the club.
We may occasionally change our meeting location,
so please check our Calendar for current information.
